ACC Welcomes New Members, Partners

Three new members and two Responsible Care partners have been approved.

ACC announces 3 new members and 2 new partners

The American Chemistry Council (ACC) Board of Directors has approved the addition of three new manufacturing members at its annual meeting today. The Board also approved two new Responsible Care Partners.

"ACC is excited to welcome these new member companies and partners. We continue to develop a strong, unified, and diverse membership that is paramount to advancing the business of chemistry around the country while creating a safer, more sustainable industry under Responsible Care," commented Chris Jahn, president & CEO of ACC.

The three new Manufacturing Members are:

  • American Pacific Corp. (AMPAC), a producer of high-quality custom specialty chemicals for a variety of industries and services for more than 60 years.

  • Bayport Polymers LLC, an innovative producer delivering highly customized polyethylene solutions across the value chain.

  • Coim USA Inc., an international group leader in the production of polyesters and polyols, polyurethanes, and specialty resins for composites and coatings for more than 50 years.

The new Responsible Care Partners are:

  • Cura Emergency Services (CES) which offers incident management, incident documentation, and waste disposal management services.

  • Usher Transport (UT) is a family owned and operated bulk motor carrier specializing in short- and mid-range time sensitive loads of petroleum to retail outlets, mobile locomotive fueling operations as well as running a transloading facility.

ACC’s Responsible Care Partner program extends Responsible Care’s ethic of safety and sustainability to organizations in the chemical supply chain, including logistics, transportation and distribution, and more. Partners adhere to the same Responsible Care commitments as Manufacturing Members.
