Powder Show Booth 2304 - The capacitive Ti-Level probe offers automatic adjustment in real-time. There is one setting for media with a dielectric of 1.5 to 80.

Not needing to readjust the sensor saves time with ingredient changeovers or with unintended variations in the ingredient. Programming is completed while the tank is empty. The sensor is immune to material build up on the probe and/or tank wall. The Ti-Level probe is completely solid state.

There are no parts that will wear out. The probe is constructed out of abrasion-resistant PEEK plastic and available up to 2m in length. The output is analog for continuous level measurement. Each probe is custom designed to fit a specific tank. High-temperature models up to 392°F are available.
