Powder Show Booth 506 - Efficient, metered flow with minimal leakages and interaction with the ambience is crucial to handling powders whose tiny particle size and immense surface area exposes them to reactions and leaks.

This lump breaker is equipped with high-strength blades to smoothly disintegrate powder agglomerations, and ensure seamless, controlled flow. A second rotor is available for stronger action, while a sealed shaft prevents leakages. Powder valves enable controlled and leak-proof flow with up to 0.1% weight accuracy. Of particular note is the CT valve with separate coarse and fine feeders for higher precision. Valve actuation can be electric or pneumatic.

Available in an explosion-resistant ATEX version, both products are made to hygienic, GMP standards. They are easy to clean and maintain and integrate smoothly into existing setups.
