Powder Show Booth 1331 - For ergonomic and efficient operation, the bag intake with specialized screening (vib & press) features a large intake area and an 850-mm-diam screen facilitating high throughput.

Motor-driven paddles deagglomerate material and provide even distribution across the screening surface. Dual-vibration motors enhance screening, while integral vibration isolation and dust collection keep the area safe and clean. Without tools, the machine is easily opened by a single operator for cleaning, screen removal, and inspection.

Hygienic design is considered throughout with respect to welds, surface finish, interior corners, and elimination of flat surfaces where possible. For difficult materials and improved throughput using smaller mesh sizes, ultrasonic technology increases product flow through the screen.
